I am looking for a 1 Bedroom Apartment/Bachelor for 400-600$ located in or around the Charlottetown area. Looking for heat and lights included, would prefere furnished but if not that's okay! I am a female student currently attending Holland College, I am a very quiet yet outgoing person, I wouldn't be at the apartment much due to school and work. I also have a cat that I can't part with. He's fixed, has all his needles and he's very lazy. He's older and can't scratch so wouldn't be able to damage furniture or wood.
